“It's a shame to see so many one star reviews for this pharmacy. I find them to be really wonderful. They've never "lost" any of my prescription faxes as others have stated. As they're the main hub for mail prescriptions while also processing walk-ins, I do think they are likely being stretched quite far over capacity. It is a very busy place, but I've still always found the staff to be polite, patient, and informative.”

“I don't write reviews but I thought I need to share my customer service experience at Co-op Pharmacy Hawkstone. On July 10th, I was in extreme pain and the pain was not subsiding after taking over the counter pain killers. I was not able to concentrate at my work place so I went to the nearest pharmacy from my work place where I met this wonderful pharmacist who was able to listen to my concern and call my doctor immediately explaining my situation. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and experienced. She knew that I have an infection and need immediate attention to start antibiotics. She immediately phoned my doctor to discuss my situation. With no seconds she filled my prescription and adviced to start taking antibiotic. She advised me to setup appointment with my doctor at the earliest and get it completely checked. All this happened in less than 5 mins wait time. Now a days most of the big chain pharmacy take minimum 4 hours to fill in a prescription. I wanted to thank Co-op Pharmacist for going that extra mile in addressing my concern and helping me out!”

“The nicest pharmacy I've ever been to! The pharmacists are friendly and professional. They will actually take time to explain things thoroughly which is helpful for someone like me. Medical clinic is in the same building so it's super convenient to get the prescription from one of the doctors from the medical clinic then take a few steps to the Pharmacy to get them filled! I find that they actually fill prescriptions much faster than other places. They also have a closed-door room for consultation and vaccination.”

“City center pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to so far not just in Edmonton but in western Canada. I always feel at ease speaking with the staff about the medications and services I need, and they are always friendly and discreet. Sid and the rest of the staff there genuinely care for each individual, and faithfully call each patient daily, delivering if needed to ensure prescriptions are taken as directed. The regular practitioner Dana is also very easy to talk to and her empathy and ability to adapt to each patients needs have every person I've brought in there leaving excited and happy to finally feel at home with a doctor. There is also the best opioid agonist program there, with no wait times like the one downtown. I would definitely recommend this as everyone's first choice.”
