“James is the best! He and his wife Lavonne own and operate Foothills Hearing Centre, they are among the most patient and caring people I have met. James is a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Lavonne has an education degree. I think this mix gives them an amazing amount of understanding and patience. Compared to other clinics I found their pricing and follow up service to be outstanding. They are available when required and don't book unnecessary appointments just to bring you in. If you want to hear better, don't want to be upsold for more than you need and want to deal with an owner (bare in mind owners don't move from clinic to clinic like employees do) this is the place for you! Highly recommend They are reopen now having had a total loss to their business in the flood and I should note that on request they do house calls to High River and Southern Alberta having patients as far away as Cardston.”

She reads the reports, and verifies the information. She thinks outside the box. She explains options, and makes sure you understand the options and what those options really mean. She does follow up. The clinic in high River is at four way stop, a tiny building with parking on street right at front doors and a parking lot beside the building. Staff is welcoming, happy.
