First Class Roofing & Renovations Okotoks

I hired First Class on the recommendation of some friends and they did not disappoint! Jordan and his team helped from start to finish through the process of repairing the hail damage to my home, including roof replacement, gutters, siding, and cladding. Jordan helped immensely to navigate the stressful insurance process so that we could obtain the full claim amount to repair our home. All of the trades teams who came to our home were polite, professional, and tidy. Additionally, all of the work was completed on the timelines that were promised. I will definitely hire First Class in the future for any work we need for our home.

Jordan and his crew specifically Aleks were a pleasure to deal with. The work we requested was various handyman projects around the house and new gutter installation that needed to be done that was addressed in our building inspection report when we purchased this home in July. Jordan and Aleks took the time to go through every detail to make sure the work was done thoroughly. Jordan also made great suggestions that would help save on costs.
Overall we were very happy with the quality work done and would highly recommend to our neighbors.

The whole team made an effort to put my mind at ease while working on a repair plan to replace roof, siding and gutters from the July 2021 hail storm. Even when insurance was aggressively pushing back on repairs and asked for more and more proof and pictures, First Class (Jordan) came within 36hrs to take pictures and provide proof that was needed. The whole team was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

The initial assessment was done by both Darren and Jordan, and they were both fast, efficient and friendly and yet extremely thorough! I was very impressed and that’s why I chose them. Darren ultimately saw the whole thing through over the course of a year (the joys of insurance companies) and was amazing! He took care of everything, made sure work kept on schedule, kept my wife and I in the loop, provided good info for every round of supplemental claim quickly and efficiently and was always friendly and professional! "First Class" ....says it all really. From quoting, price through onto installation and completion. Carlos and his talented crew were so professional, attentive and considerate of us and our neighbours from parking to debris clean up. The end result and look of this product installed on our roof FAR exceeds our expectations. Bye bye wood shakes at 25 years, hello new roof, hail resistant and rated for 50 years PLUS the insurance breaks that go along with it !! Lastly, this product is from an Alberta based CO - need we say more :)
