Justin is very skilled plumber! Came very quickly for emergency call, as well as for scheduled appointments. They’re great in getting back to you quickly with quotes/appointments. Justin’s very friendly and efficient! Definitely best plumber I’ve ever used!

Our water heater went out on a long weekend. Justin was the first to call back and he was able to find out that it was under warranty for a few more months. So we didn't have to pay extra on a long weekend he squeezed us in the Tuesday after everything opened. It actually sounded too good to be true so when it all happened as discussed I was so relieved. He had it changed out in under a few hours. He saved us thousands. He also took on all the headache of dealing with the supplier and didn't ask us to go after the warranty ourselves. So happy with this service!

We have been doing house renovations the last few years and have used a few different plumbers and companies for various jobs. I chose Justin at Double J Plumbing most recently after reading good reviews (installed a garage heater, ran new natural gas lines, and increased the size of my main line coming into the house). Justin was super professional and friendly. He was very prompt with his quotes (this is something that was lacking in my previous experience especially with McCance Plumbing and Heating whop I used before where twice they never sent me any of the quotes and three times didn't show up for the appointment (that is why I looked for a new plumbing company)). Justin was very meticulous and was careful to not damage anything (brought protective mats and everything) and was very organized I would get email reminders and updates. Justin was also a hard worker and worked fast so I felt that I was getting my money worth for sure. He also got the permits himself and booked the inspection (something I never had other plumbers do it was always on me to do it myself). Finally, I had some other renos on the go and he offered some free plumbing advice on those as well. I would 100% go with Double J Plumbing for all future projects.

I needed help with the furnace in my garage and gave Justin a call. He was at my place to check it out within a day. He gave me my options and let me make the choice without any pressure one way or the other. Once I decided the best option was to get a new heater he made it an easy transition and made the change in a very timely manner. It just so happened that my tankless hot water heater needed some help as well and he made sure he got the part at the best price and timing and had it fixed in no time. He has a very friendly demeanour and I am definitely keeping his information, and will recommend him to anyone needing assistance.
