“I've had good experiences and bad in here. The main counter has always been a pleasure to deal with, but the medical equipment side is a little more frustrating. I broke my toe not so long ago and needed crutches so everyone at work would know for sure it was broken, I got a prescription from my doctor and off I went. The store had a couple of different options, they were missing my size (5'11) so I had to go scouting around for some help. A few announcements later a gentleman recommended a particular set to me with no apparent reasoning. When I asked if the incorrect size matters, apparently it didn't. Next up, I had to go to the medical equipment desk and watch some young lady play with my prescription for no less than 25 minutes. It would have probably been quicker if it wasn't for the frequent interruption of the phone which took priority over any customer in store. Suffice to say, I'll make the trip to Calgary next time I need medical equipment, however, the positive experiences I've had with the post office in there and the lovely lady on the main desk will keep me coming back to that part of the store at least.”
