Friendly staff greet you upon arrival and let you know where to enter the buffet area. Alcoholic drinks are available for extra cost. Coffee, tea, pop, etc provided with meal. The food was awful. It reminded me of what a high school lunch room might serve, with some sub-par brisket added on to make it seem fancy. The roasted vegetables were dried out. The fruit salad was composed of flavorless, unripened fruit.
The macaroni and cheese was edible.
The absolute best part of the meal was the tea, that is provided by a local tea shop. And they let me take a to go cup for the tea, so there's that.
The view is unbeatable and the staff is friendly.

I went back in October, keep in mind this is a buffet and the food was cold and dry, it looked like it was sitting on the counter for quite a while. The selection of food was small too. I was expecting to go the sky bistro, unfortunately it was closed for a wedding. Positive points: the view is beautiful and the staff is kind and lovely.

The view is amazing, buffet does not have a huge selection but has enough to satisfy your taste buds. The turkey was dry but beef brisket was soooo yummy.
