(July 23, 2021, 4:07 pm)This is a great place to learn more about the farm to plate agriculture supply chain. Bernice was a delight as she led us on a farm tour of the property teaching us the in’s and out’s of bison production. I left armed with a cookbook, cooking tips and a collection of bison products to try out in the kitchen.
