“I made a random call to a realtor regarding a listing online. we have made numerous calls to agents but our conversation with Deanna was very different! she knows her Alberta like the back of her hand. we managed to buy a home within our very close deadline (had a work transfer) buy a home we would call a $1 million home and under asking price, in this market!!!! all thanks to Deanna's knowledge and very obvious professional experience in this field of work Deanna attended our inspection on our behalf because we were living in Ontario Deanna provided us with the mortgage broker, lawyers, home inspector (everything the internet tells you not to do through your realtor) and proved us again and again that she is somebody you can trust!!!! the day we arrived to Alberta she cleared her schedule in order to meet with us and get to know us in person(although I was a scatter brain travelling with three cats and having to meet with my father who was moving our stuff with his truck) Deanna did a tour with me when I arrived and gave me the lowdown on all the important details I needed to know regarding this home she even gave us a sweet house warming gift!!!! Deanna proves to be a great person and it shows through her professional life! she treated our situation as if we were her fanily and she wanted to help us the best she can.. buying a home is a huge deal and it's not something to do over the internet, but with Deanna, I felt secure all the way!
