(September 12, 2021, 1:55 am)I was staying in Lac La Biche for work and looked up things to do. Christy Creek Honey came up on TripAdvisor, and as I had never had a tour of an apiary I thought it would be a neat way to spend an evening. I was right!
Both Joanne and Rob were very hospitable and run a very casual yet professional operation on their property. I learned so much about honey bees and their nature and have thoroughly enjoyed sharing this knowledge with my young children. All-in-all, one great experience to put into the books!
The honey is also delicious! I bought a large container to bring home. Highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area.
