This is BY FAR the best place to get gluten free pizza in Central Alberta!! These pizzas come loaded with toppings and the sauce is obviously a special recipe -so so so good. BUT what is normally the Achilles heal of every other gluten free pizza (where you might as well eat the box it comes in)TGF Flatbreads has defied science!!!!! It is crisp and soft at the same time, seasoned well, and supports all the toppings without becoming neither soggy nor crunchy.
I can’t get enough of this pizza. Plus knowing it’s a locally family owned business is just the absolute cherry on top. Thank you for adding a little more joy back into this Celiac’s life ✨
