“I was so impressed with the service at Lacombe Florist & Gifts. I am living overseas and wanted to get my mom flowers for her 60th birthday. I went on the website and placed an online order for same-day delivery. I turned out the shop was actually closed for the long weekend… And this is where they truly went above-and-beyond! Laura emailed me to say she would personally deliver the flowers… As long as 8:30am wasn’t too early!! She even upgraded the bouquet to a larger arrangement at no extra cost. My mom was so surprised to receive beautiful flowers and a handwritten note! It really made her birthday special and put a smile on her face. Which is not always easy during times like this.
