(February 14, 2023, 2:23 am)Recently purchased a whole pig butchered and processed at this location. Service was exceptional, cured meats taste amazing. Well worth the trip and cost savings. Highly recommend if you are looking for a small family run and operated business. Mike and Stella are extremely friendly and welcoming.
The picture below is of two of the Ham Steaks I fried up that I got done up here. They easily filled a 12" pan and didn't shrink in the slightest and it had to be the cleanest cook, with no strong pork smell lingering afterwards. Highly recommend you reach out and connect.
