“I am writing to express my disappointment with the atmosphere at your establishment. While I have enjoyed visiting your shop in the past, I was disturbed by the plain white wall that is displayed in the main seating area. The plain white colour of the wall is jarring to me, and it makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that some people may not be bothered by this, but for me, the plain white wall is too sterile and does not fit with the overall atmosphere of a coffee shop. I hope that you will consider adding some color or decorations to the wall, or relocating it to a different area of the shop. I would be happy to discuss this further with you, if you would like.”

“I am a huge fan of Mary Browns and it makes me really happy to write this review. Best damn service I’ve had in Lacombe. Very nice staff and great food. (Read Full Review) It’s really important to get things right in “rural communities” cause people people talk and they can destroy your reputation but what these people don’t realize is that there real people working at these places. Honestly, it’s truly sad to read these comments at this location, I feel that people don’t give this place enough credit and small group of entitled “albertans” gave this place a bad label and that they don’t live up to their entitled standards. How about a real honest review from someone that actually have a valid opinion: Best damn service I’ve received so far at Lacombe. I feel absolutely sad for the people that work here have to deal with entitled “rural folk” that don’t know what good service means, just read the reviews and all the horrible things they say. Based on my experience it’s the opposite. It’s absolutely horrible how this place is getting treated. I just wanted to say something real And honest and also thanks for being such wonderful people. “Recently purchased a whole pig butchered and processed at this location. Service was exceptional, cured meats taste amazing. Well worth the trip and cost savings. Highly recommend if you are looking for a small family run and operated business. Mike and Stella are extremely friendly and welcoming. The picture below is of two of the Ham Steaks I fried up that I got done up here. They easily filled a 12" pan and didn't shrink in the slightest and it had to be the cleanest cook, with no strong pork smell lingering afterwards. Highly recommend you reach out and connect.”
