Only issue that I have had is when I bought a pair of 5.11 gloves for work back in mid May of last year there was a hole next to the seams (as seen in the photo). I reached out via Facebook messenger and got and got the automated message then I sent the same photo I attached here and the message was “seen” May 26th with no response.
I live in Medicine Hat so it’s not that easy to just come to the store and chat with the staff about my issue hence me reaching out via Facebook Messenger.

They have other good stuff too
(November 11, 2016, 1:55 am)Excellent customer service. Great selection and high quality gear. A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I will be going here to purchase some new 5.11 boots.
