The positive reviews are what caused me to call initially, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and helpful. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. When we dropped our dog off, the staff were all friendly and inviting, welcoming our dog I as if he was one of theirs. When we went to pick up our dog, after two nights, he was so happy!
