I dropped off an item that I hoped could be fixed as I very much dislike throwing anything remotely useful into the landfill. I no sooner got home than I got a phone call to say that my item was fixed and ready to be picked up! I was shocked at how quickly my issue was remedied and that it could be remedied at all. A very big Thanks to the staff at Hagen Electric. I highly recommend this business an will use their service again, if needed.

Went down with my worn out 5hp compressor motor. They called I spoke to Keegan. He said it was shorted out. Asked for a price which was good. Went to pay and they Lowered the price while I was waiting to pay. No hassles honest and and helpful crew Thanks

Rv Generator Generac 2011 6.5kw. Motor working but no electric output. They spot the problem who fried the voltage regulator module. It need rotor and stator but Generac stop producing them 6 years ago. They have to remove the generator out of my class A gas motorhome to test the rotor and stator.
Finally because Generac doesn't produce new parts, I decide to change for a new one that wasn't available in Lethbridge.
They are professional, easy to talk and very logic. They never push me to take any decision. Top of that the bill for removing, opening and testing the broken was really logic and low. What a good service. I highly recommend this place for their honesty and trying to find the right solution.
