Amazing company and staff in the Lethbridge locations. Our Rotary Club is partnering with Lethbridge Family Services assisting the Ukrainian evacuees get resettled in Canada. Sentinel has provided us with an absolutely amazing opportunity for storage space. Great location, extremely secure (they check locks daily and have phoned a couple times as we put locks on wrong). Hours and ease of accessing storage are great. Very clean, rodent free and easy to park.
Great community partners as they have assisted with other community activities and projects. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Sentinel’s participation has made this project extremely successful.

I had a storage unit here from Aug 2020 - Jan 2023, the customer service was excellent, while unit and lot felt secure. While I never felt monitored, I did empty my unit late in the evening they noticed my unit was cleaned out first thing in the morning during their daily premise review so you know the staff are checking and keeping an eye on things. Setting up the unit rental was painless and closing it down was even easier. 10/10
