David’s coaching program is excellent. I especially loved the accountability and like minded people, plus receiving support in the group from people that are in a similar place that I'm in.

I prefer receiving updates on where I'm at vs. just being accountable to myself, and having other members asking me thoughtful questions each week was really helpful.

The membership has really provided a structure to my week, it was previously chaos - not making time for what was important. I went from reactionary to being Proactive. Now I'm doing more time blocking, thinking ahead, making and keeping a goal each week and I'm more focused, and it's creating a difference in my life, both in business and personally.

My time in the program has truly helped me look at business in a different way! Highly recommend.

I had a business coach before David and thought I had all the pieces together for my business – but I wasn’t bringing in clients. But when David showed up in my life out of the blue I was surprised that I opened up to him.

Now, I am not one to open up immediately to people, but something about his energy just felt right. And when he offered to get on a call to continue the discussion, I literally cried in relief. His program also has a way of refining my thoughts. The thought process he put me through showed me that the pieces of my puzzle have always been there – but I didn’t know how to put them together until David came along. His unique process for putting everything together for my ideal client is so amazing – and the best part is that he is there for me every step of the way.

David is caring and compassionate. He listens and understands on a deeper level that goes beyond logic. In other words, he understands me more than I understood myself. That always surprised me because not many people get me – but he does. He knew that I needed to be challenged. And well, I do like challenges!

Because of who David is as a person – a gentle, yet powerful soul – his persona together with his teaching, guiding, and leadership style, I have now begun to get clients. Not just any client, but clients that I enjoy working with!

I've been working with David for 4 months and feel supported by different programs and find charity from reflections from the homework from the Thinking Thru programs as well as loads of support from the weekly group meeting/ mastermind. I've worked with business coaches in the past that did not provide anywhere near what I have experienced in 4 months in terms of support and growth. David provides a framework to learn how to think, reflect, and feel the feelings to move through life with grace. Completeing the Ideal Client program has left me feeling empowered as a sale professional. I've gained clarity on who my ideal client is, how to identify them and how to focus marketing efforts to serve them specifically. I'm generally more intentional in my approach, knowing what questions to ask, where to focus my efforts and how to better position myself as the expert in my field.
I'm more mindful about in my preparation for calls and conversations, in how I show up and how I connect with our customers to serve them the better.
Before the course I had a good idea of who my ideal client is and who I was serving but that is much clearer now. My concept of the ideal client is much clearer. As a team we're speaking the same language regarding our ideal client profile and our marketing efforts..
