We were very impressed with the customer service from everyone at all weather windows. They were quick to solve any issue we ran into, and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our beautiful new door. They went above and beyond for us and we would highly recommend them to anybody.
Friendly and efficient, a one stop shop for all your windows and related needs. I never felt pressure from the staff to buy anything I was not ready for and all my questions were answered accurately and honestly. What else is there when you are looking G to make a major purchase?
Had some problems with windows opening and closing and locking. Tried giving them a call even though they didn't make or install my windows when the house was built. Talked with Heather who was very knowledgeable and she set up a consult with Gary to figure out what was wrong. They provided me with a quote, I agreed, they ordered the parts and Heather and Gary made an appointment with us again when the parts arrived. Now all of our windows work perfectly and couldn't be happier!
