“The service was good. The technician arrived in good time and was able to finish the work quickly. What I didn't appreciate was the way they managed the pricing. Instead of breaking it down by labour and parts, I was offered six different tiers of payment options. These options ranged from a super pricey fix that included a whole system check and a 2 year warranty. We went for the cheapest option that included a 30 day guarantee. Didn't feel very transparent and I didn't appreciate being put on the spot with so many options like that.”

“Through the night our furnace quit, woke up to a cold house. KB customer service answered the phone early on a Saturday morning and transferred us to their technician Kevin. He came within an hr of the call and had our furnace fixed and running in no time. Would definitely use KB Heating again as they also do plumbing and air-conditioning.
