The Brick

We have purchased from the brick many times, but, I feel like I’m in a Pac-Man game because the salesman keep chasing us around the store without allowing us to make purchase decisions; without their input. Otherwise, great selection like before. The help in other words is “suffocating”.

Daniel McDonald was so helpful - over the phone and in person. Explained the warranty very thoroughly. I would highly recommend him as your salesperson.

Sara walker was the name of the lady that helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. She actually cared about what I was looking for and help me find something that was the right fit for me. It was nice to go into a store to have somebody that actually put effort into their job and to help customers. I also work in customer service and know that it is very rare to find somebody that actually shows an interest in what you're saying. I will definitely return because of her service and helpfulness. Great experience. My grandma needed to downsize her bed, Davey was fantastic and did not push her to make any decisions right away and helped her find exactly what she was looking for. 10/10 if you like the calm sales experience approach to making a big change and purchase!

Santos was incredibly friendly and helpful while we were searching for a new fridge. He was kind and patient. He was sure to explore all the options for us and wanted to be sure we got the right fridge for our space and family needs. He remembered us and provided exceptional service when we went back a few months later in need of a laundry set. He provided the best service we have ever had at the Brick.
