My company buys all of their trucks from Southland. Anytime I, as a driver, have had an issue with the truck, Southland has went above and beyond customer service. The service technicians will come into the waiting room, and update you on the truck. Everyone is extremely friendly and polite!
I have been sitting in alot of dealerships, over the years, waiting for repairs. I've got to say, I've never been treated with such respect, as I have at Southland International!
If you've not dealt with them before, I highly recommend them. Even if it's just for an oil change... you'll see the difference.

Ordered mudflaps for my 2020 Chevy Silverado 5500... the first package arrived (not kidding) with a tire track right down the center of the package. Surprisingly, the only damage was one of the brackets was slightly bent. I contacted them... they immediately sent out another set. Once they arrived, I installed them. they look great and work fantastic. No more slush and mud and gunk being slung down the side of the truck and up onto the bed. Great customer service! Ordered a pair of aftermarket headlights for my 2019 LT 625. Shipped fast and arrived no problems. Had an issue with the LHS. Parts manager Peter sent me another light by courier no questions asked. At his cost!!! Can't wait to actually experience these guys in person. First Class!!
