Brought in a stock trailer that had brakes that were not working properly. Knowing that they had never been replaced since purchasing the trailer as a used unit, it was not surprising that I was informed that everything needed to be replaced which was done on time as promised. After towing the trailer home it seemed like I still had no brakes. I returned with the unit and after being looked at again by James he informed me that the brakes were in fact cutting in and out which indicated a trailer wiring problem. He also informed me that the suspension bushings were shot and that this should be addressed in the future. I took the trailer home and rewired it. Turns out James was right. The wiring had been done by the previous owner who indicated to me when I bought it that it was “completely rewired”; however after removing the old wiring I found T splices pushed back into the trailer, splices where they were not necessary, and several bare conductors indicating that the wiring was forced into the structure of the trailer. Just wanted to say thank you to James and Jeff for being professional and taking my concerns seriously. I will be booking in again to have them replace the bushings that they suggested. Well done!

I come here to get accessories for my truck and have always had good service! The staff are very helpful, and will give you a hand out to your vehicle when you buy too much...lol

Stopped here Aug 29, 2016 to get some of the marker lights fixed on my Royal Cargo XR5 while on an Ont. to BC RV trip. Not only did they fit me in - they provided a courtesy vehicle so we could run errands in town while they completed the work! Jody's service was above and beyond!
