I moved into this property for my time at University and have had the best time. It is a very beautiful building, everything is clean all the time and I feel very safe living here. The proximity to the University is great, and I’ve really enjoyed my time in this apartment building. I couldn’t recommend a better place to live.

I stayed at Broadstreet Properties -Stationview West Lethbridge for a year while I attended school. This place was so quiet and Management was always available. The grounds were well taken care of and I enjoyed waking up early to the sound of the sprinklers in the summer. This is a pet friendly apartment and they had a great place for pets and supplied “pick up” bags. There is even a space for your own little garden. Apartment was always clean and welcoming. Great place to live. I would highly recommend.

We were looking for a place to move into quickly and for the short-term. The move-in process went quickly and smoothly and we were very impressed with how clean and spacious our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit was. Our cat was happy too! We enjoyed our stay and will miss the beautiful view of the sunsets. We loved having in-suite laundry and appreciated the overall well-maintained property.
