Karen is a rare gem! She really listens carefully to her clients' desires and takes the time to ensure they get the perfect fit. Because of her extensive knowledge and high standards of quality, her plans are exceptional, including many extra practical features that a home owner may not think of. As an artist, she adds elements of aesthetics and beauty. I don't know anyone who reaches out to help others as much as Karen does.

Our community association was attempting to apply for a grant to refurbish an old kitchen turning it into a bright, new commercial quality kitchen. Karen had many great ideas and her experience in designing commercial space showed through time and time again. Working with her, electricians, plumbers, contractors and regulators, our association was able to put together a solid grant application with “best estimate” quotations finalizing our grant. Although we were not successful in obtaining that grant, we are ready with all the drawing, numbers and estimates for the appropriate grant to come along. Karen was professional, helpful and listened to our concerns, comments and issues with a community-based building. When we are ready to move forward, we will certainly be engaging Karen.
