Worked here for a few months. Management cares about the safety of employees and does its best to ensure safe work practices which is great and not something that all construction/excavation companies take pride in. Most coworkers were good people and easy to work with. One thing that I wish would have happened more often is management listening to their employees a bit more. There were some problems that would have been solved simply and effectively but they chose not to listen.
