“I have never had a bad experience of any sort here. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. It always amazes me that they are able to remember so many people’s names and preferences. It shows me that they are willing to go above and beyond when I walk in and they greet me by name before I even present my card (aka I have not given them a way to remember my name via some manner other than their memory). The wait here is generally very short so long as it isn’t the time of the month that government checks come out. The cleanliness here always amazes me, even mid winter when you’d expect lots of salt to be dragged in. I’d have to say that due to the staff, this is my favourite Scotiabank location.”
