Tim Hortons

Don't usually have issues with my orders, customer service is always lacking. No smiles, no greetings, just get in and get out kind of attitudes.

Had a delicious sausage And egg wrap plus a nice hot coffee this visit. Was quite happy I visited . Highly recommend

An excellent Tim Hortons location that is part of a convenient shopping centre on the North-East side of Lethbridge which includes a Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, PetValu, Dollar store, etc. Although I have never actually been inside this location it is very convenient to be able to zip through the easily accessible drive thru once you are done with your shopping. Not usually too busy outside of the morning rush.

They must have some new staff because during my most recent visit the two individuals that were "working?" (I use this term cautiously) essentially ignored the customer in front of me for a good 2 to 3 minutes before even acknowledging him. Then he waited for an excessive amount of time to receive one coffee and one donut. I was right behind him in the line and as I stepped forward one step to place my order the counter person turned and walked away. He returned about 2 or 3 minutes later and took my order. His demeanor while sauntering over to the coffee pot and back was poor. He really appeared to not care one way or the other about quality service. No smile, no suggestions, nothing.
I will mention that this is not typical of my experience at Tim Hortons. But my review today is based on my most recent visit. This was at the Tim's in Sunridge on the west side of Lethbridge.
