(March 16, 2023, 11:15 pm)I was served 8 minutes before closing for a large value bank draft using just my driver's license and it was executed with kindness, expediency and respect. I was processed without a hitch, and left 10 min after closing. The bank manager even held the door for me. Thanks for the experience!!

(September 15, 2016, 7:09 pm)After banking with RBC for over 14 years, it became clear they they no longer valued our business. So rather than deal with a company that CLEARLY did not want our business, we closed our accounts with RBC and took our business to Scotiabank. They were also very nice and seemed to genuinely want to help us. We've been there for over a year now and not only have they helped us with everything that we bring to them, they've done it with a smile. And free movies doesn't hurt 😄
