When Roger's had a web outage, Bert allowed customers without cash to charge their groceries without even a credit check. The staff went above and beyond to ensure customers got their groceries. Yes, they were stressed but their cheery dispositions relaxed customers who stood in line. The staff set the tone and customers responded with cheery chatter.
