“Lovely lady, lovely home, great people skills and a warm comfortable atmosphere. My complaint was in the actual job its self. The job I got done I've had done for a long while, and it usually takes about half hour to an hour depending on how thorough they were. It took her less than 15 minutes and upon longer examination I can see she missed a lot of hairs, both a few scattered about and big patches that I can grab. Just felt like it was a lazy job.”

And the microdermabrasion facial is all out luxury for the price! Hot towels, steam treatment, cold stones, lip exfoliation and treatment, jelly mask, extended upper body massage, plus the microdermabrasion facial itself. You seriously get so many relaxing add ons, it’s amazing!! And I love having my natural lashes tinted and lifted since I don’t care to wear extensions, really makes my eyes pop without the maintenance of extensions. For sure will be back!”

“Salon Olivine & Madison helped me fall in love with my hair again. The salon itself is beautifully constructed, accessible, inviting and warm. I am always greeted by a smiling team member who offers to take my coat and grab a beverage for me. My hair service starts with a choice of three aromatherapy scents and a quick scalp massage that completely changes my frame of mind (I’m usually flying in directly from work). I have a lot of hair, it’s long and it takes extra time to do anything with it, washing, drying and styling at home for me can easily take an hour and a half if I stay focused so my default for years was to throw it in a ponytail or bun. I’ve been seeing Madison for two years now and over that time not only has she expertly cared for me each and every visit, but she has also taught me how to care for my hair at at home. She has showed me how to properly use products and set me up with the right tools to get the job done between visits. I’ve been able to noticeably reduce the amount of time it takes me to work with my hair and have better results, it’s healthier, stronger, shinier and I love it again. I can’t express enough gratitude for the safe space the Salon provides, the exceptional work you do and a place to genuinely relax and feel so pampered. Thank you”

“This was my first visit to the salon. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be greeted when I first walked in then escorted around to where I needed to be. I started with a 60 min relaxation massage. This was wonderful and Martha did a great job. The products all smelled amazing and there were some details and fine touches that were so nice. I then had a hair cut with a conditioning treatment. The chairs at the hair washing sinks are massage chairs! It was nice that the service started with a scalp massage. I loved my haircut! I liked my stylist but I felt like she was a little rough with me, when she was brushing and drying my hair. The only thing I wasn't happy with was I was offered a coffee when I got there, but I declined because I was going right in to a massage and didn't want one. I then had a bit of time between appointments. When I started my hair appointment it would have been nice for them to ask me one more time if I wanted a beverage. It would have been a perfect experience if they had. Since this was my first visit I didn't feel comfortable asking for one.”

“I was passing through Lethbridge and Shear Persuasion was one of the first salons recommended to me from Google, where I made a last minute appointment with Megan Baker. After my appointment, I actually left saddened at the fact I was only just passing through.. Because I wish Megan could be my full-time stylist. She was incredible! I can’t recommend her enough. Her attention to detail and dedication to getting that perfect blonde colour is unmatched. I would go out of my way to book with her again in the future, as I pass through Lethbridge a few times a year. The rest of the staff were very personable and sweet, overall a great experience. 6/5 stars!”
