“We were camping nearby and the dogs had (despite our best efforts) been swimming in the swamp, and we were not looking forward to driving all the way back to Calgary with that aroma. We were very excited to see that this pet shop offered a dog wash station and was open for business on the weekend. We were extremely impressed with the setup they had. Let's face it, we were in a position where we would have been happy with a garden hose in a backyard, but they had safety leashes to keep the dogs secure in these elevated tubs which made it easier on our backs. They offered aprons to keep us dry, and had clean towels and a small bag of dog treats available at each of the two washing stations, along with a range of dog shampoos and conditioner, all included in the very reasonable cost. Our drive home was significantly more pleasant, and the dogs were fully dry and clean when we got home - one less thing to worry about as we unpacked. We will be stopping here every time we go camping nearby, whether the dogs manage to hit the swamp or not (they always do).”
