(October 3, 2023, 12:54 am)The size of the compressed bales makes it much easier to travel to shows without taking so much room, and the quality control ensures that we are feeding the best product. There is little waste because of how it is compressed, and it stays in the manger, not on the trailer floor like regular cut hay. It is clean and dust free, making it better for air quality issues on long hauls. The customer service is second to none, and I was so impressed with how they reresolved an issue for me with care and consideration.
