We are looking at purchasing a house in Okotoks built in 1902, and had a difficult time finding someone who we felt would be knowledgeable enough to give us an honest inspection. Dan was very professional, easy to talk to, and pointed out several items that I overlooked myself. All in all, I'd use D.
