Had a propane problem came out to campground and and had it fix in about 1/2 hour great price really a pro service

Our travel agent didn't inform us that we could check in online. It would of made the paperwork process easier when we picked up.
Great customer service and very clean motorhome. Bedding and kitchen supplies came with our rental, so it was easy to pack and go

My husband and I recently rented a motor home and were thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge that Cross Country RV provided. They not only delivered a great product but they also went through the systems so that we knew how everything worked. The unit was very clean and easy to operate. We recently rented a motor home to take our family camping. The staff at Cross Country RV were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Before leaving on our trip, we were shown how/what all of the parts of the unit in case something needed to be addressed.

They provided an emergency phone number to call 24 hours if we needed anything. Very much appreciated.

The motor home was clean, easy to drive and my family had a great time. Can't wait to go again. Thanks!
