What a great experience! After having been cancelled on twice by another company, they came at the exact time that they said and were done in 15 minutes. So nice to deal with a reliable company who fulfills their promises. Would absolutely work with Well Hung Door again.
I had been dealing with a competitor and was quite unimpressed with the service - they only sent me a standard email attachment with WWAAAAY too many options for a very simple double garage door in the 'burbs. I had a friend refer me to Well Hung Doors and I was astounded how different the service was!! Sean came out to my house and had a look and then in the spot showed me the types that would work here AND took photos to send me a virtual sample of how awesome the colour I wanted would look.
Install was today - and really - I am AMAZED how the curb appeal for my little bungalow has improved!! Well Hung pricing was substantially under the competition I had been dealing with - and I couldn't be happier.
It's not a purchase you will do too often - but I can say with all honesty - they blew the competition away.
First time ever having to get my garage door fixed, and these guys did extremely well! They were at my house and had my torsion spring replaced (it broke due to cold weather) in two hours of my original phone call. It only took the guys about 20 minutes to fix. Not to mention, the guys that arrived, were friendly, courteous and professional. All done for a reasonable price too.
