“I purchased a home in the brickyard from Kirkland homes in 2018, the warranty department and I got off to a rocky start as I had some issues regarding my garage pad and counter tops in the kitchen, after meeting with the president/general manager and my real estate agent we were able to come up with a solution for the garage pad, they have since rectified the garage pad and are currently working on fixing the kitchen counter top issue. After having a couple of conversations with the president it is evident that he cares about the Kirkland brand and will stand behind his homes.”

Also, we could not find any plumber willing to come out and so a ½ day job of swapping out a 90gallon holding tank to a much larger one. “Vector construction is one of the best company to work with in alberta I worked with them for a very long time however they have some issues that they do need to address moving forward, for example they like to hire a whole bunch of new people just before winter then when winter is here they get rid of the guys that have been doing it all for them for years and stayed with the new guys that sometimes are lazy and no clue of what to do on site, another example people in the office use vacation all the time and when employees on site need sometimes off to deal with stuff then they turn around and lay you off with excuses that they are short of work and then you find out that they still have all the new employees all working, unfair to me also some formen are inconsiderated hard ball towards the employees Best one without a question in that company Jeff Cole.”

It only cost slightly more then a metal comparable, better esthetics, better built for our high wind / snow conditions. I was also able to get a permit which I could not with most of the cheap metal car ports, no engineer would sign off. Very happy !!”
