“The workouts here are an absolute blasty blast. I used to be intimidated by the idea of functional CrossFit type training but I’m so glad I took the jump! My husband and I get to workout together every morning and it’s been so fun. The coaches really prioritize form and totally meet you where you’re at with your fitness journey- which I really appreciate! I feel like I learn something new with every workout and my body is real sore. You don’t need to be in any sort of shape/fitness level to be a part of this wonderful community. Everyone cheers each other on throughout the workouts. It’s so empowering.”
