We arrived not knowing what kind of new bed we wanted. Our sales lady Rita asked what we wanted out of the bed and she was very professional, and found what we wanted. Very pleased can't wait to have a great sleep. Just want to say Thank you Rita for being professional and taking what I wanted to heart and not what you thought would be the best for the financial benefits of the store like many others that I was at today. We are very satisfied the customer service we received from Rachel. She was very helpful in finding the right items that suit our needs. We got a very good deal. We got our furniture at 50% off as there is a Black Friday Deals on going. We went to other furniture stores around Red Deer and I would say Ashley have the best to offer.

If you want to go somewhere to get furniture, not feel pressured, and get very well taken care of, this is your place. And ask for Chris he spent at least an hour with me showing me different couches, number crunching for me explaining throughly about all the bells and whistles that come along with the protection plan (which I highly recommend). Super pleased with the service.

We have been looking for furniture all over Red Deer. Ashley Furniture was by far one of the better experiences. The lay out of the store was inviting, open and overall really nice to walk through. Compared to other stores.
Brendon was really great to deal with. Came around, introduced himself and explained the sale then let us walk around to view more with no hassle. He’d check in, answer our questions and continued on his way. No lingering or any of those awkward silences, ya know.
Ashley’s will definitely be one of our first stops next time.
Only downside is the wait times for furniture but you really can’t avoid that right now.

We showed up very early in the day and Dennis did a great job of selling us what we wanted.. he was very knowledgeable helped us feel comfortable with everything. The store is set up perfectly and they have tons of stock on the floor. We ordered and are now waiting for White Glove delivery. We also purchase the 5 year protection! We will trust this store again when we need more furniture! Thank you!
