We dealt with Josh Baker and he was very knowledgeable and very patient as we worked through our choices. He did not press us as we moved around the store but was instantly available if we had questions. We truly enjoyed our experience.

Went to several places to find the right lift chair. All had some for viewing but really not too many available even until 2022.
We were met by Josh who amazed us both by his overall knowledge of every product we asked about.
We found the right chair after reviewing alternatives, and to Josh's amazement we bought two.
Thanks Josh for your friendliness and ability. we will be back. Now to see them in action when delivered next Wednesday.

We were shopping for a recliner and Josh Baker in the Red Deer store could not have been more helpful and friendly. Asked me all the right questions to take me to exactly what I was looking for and explained everything perfectly. Would not hesitate to go back to him if looking for more furniture. (ended up buying two)
