(January 6, 2022, 5:27 pm)There are not many people that would unfreeze your condensate line in the -40 and then repair your water damaged furnace at midnight, but these guys sure did. There is no better service in Red Deer than Drain Doctor.
(July 29, 2021, 10:53 pm)Why do things break down at midnight on weekends? Being new to Sylvan Lake, I googled. Everyone boasts 24/7 service. No one else answered the phone, or has since even returned my calls!
Justin answered immediately (I felt bad waking him) He was so kind & explained what I could do to hold off until morning. Mike came in from fishing first thing in the morning and fixed my hot water tank. These guys are the 1st, and only, on my call list going forward. Decent pricing even with weekend rates.
