I had a great experience last week after accidentally wrecking my frames. The salesperson went above and beyond to call the manufacturer when the system was showing out of stock. She was able to order in the right frames and they arrived in a single business day. I had to wait less than five minutes for the technician to do the replacement. Best part was they were still on warranty - 100% free.
