“Well first off, my certificate was set to expire this month and they got me in just in time so I could take the recertification course instead of the whole 2 day course again. They were very clear about what I needed to bring with me. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly fellow who told me where to park. The course itself was a lot to learn but the instructor (Jaime) went through the material as fast as he could, making sure none of us missed information. He was hilarious and captivating, making what would normally be a dreadfully boring day actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend coming here for your safety courses and I will be returning in 3 years.”

“I cannot commend, and recommend Tanya, (the owner), and Alicia, highly enough, right now! We have been coming to the Locker Room for a couple years now; but the cut and fades they gave to my 10 & 12 year old tonight - was a cut above the rest. My 12 year old has extremely thick, wavy hair, and is super particular in his cuts. Tanya Heather went above and beyond catering to his, and i’s wishes as a mum. My sons went in looking like crusty mops, and walked out like superstars. Both Tanya and Alicia listened to what we asked for - and delivered with above service level qualities. My son isn’t complaining of pain, when he runs his fingers through his now, thinned out hair. They both look so amazing. Thank you ladies, for everything you did tonight. And to Tanya, my son has never experienced a wash before - thank you for giving that experience to him!!! I HIGHLY recommend The Locker Room. “This is an incredible facility! I highly recommend them! The staff are so friendly and helpful. All the doctor's and technicians are so thorough, and professional, and have a genuine love for animals. They explain Everything to you, and make you feel right at home. Their attention to detail is amazing, right down to any allergies your pet my have, as they give them treats to keep them calm and happy during procedures. I recently had x rays taken for my puppy and Dr. Straub took us to the computer and went over every detail with me, explaining everything and telling me exactly how to care for my puppy, and help her heal from her injury. They made me aware of any and all risks involved with my puppy's medication, including how to administer her prescription at home, and any risks with her having to be sedated. They also give you an estimate of cost before going forward with any procedure, and explain the individual costs, so you're not blindsided with an unexpected bill. I felt confident because of the knowledge they passed along to me, and most importantly, my puppy feels comfortable when we go there. She knows she's going to be treated with love, and probably get a treat! I cannot thank them enough for the amazing care and love they showed me and my pet! 🙏”
