Dave Miller was knoledgable and realistic with the market place. I have sold 2 homes and bought 2 homes through help u sell. He was able to help coordinate between the selling and buying the next home being a licensed realtor. I had given up on buying my current home and because Dave was listening to my wants and needs he found me the perfect home the day it went on the market and made the arrangements right away to look at it. Help U Sell works as a team. If a realtor isn’t available they make sure a Realitor is taking care of their clients oppose to a receptionist.
I always list with help-u-sell... I really have no complaints but always think there's room for improvements. I give no one a 5. Keeps them on their toes 😉
