This is what a true neighborhood pharmacy should be. Ritesh and his team are always polite and friendly. What is truly outstanding is the way Ritesh takes customer service to an unprecedented level as a pharmacist. He is very knowledgeable pertaining to his field; conversant, engaging and outgoing; and exceptionally professional. He knows his patients on a first-name basis and really goes above and beyond. After 14 years of loyalty to a large corporate pharmacy - whether in Red Deer, Ontario, or various US states, I’m pleased to have been at Highland Green Remedy rx for almost a year now and haven’t looked back. Everybody should be able to enjoy this level of service.

I called in ahead of time to see how much my prescription was going to be. The pharmacist Ritesh told me how much it was going to be and had it ready by the time I got there with my prescription! It's a SUPER friendly atmosphere as well as super professional. I was highly impressed with his attitude and help. 5 stars!
