All the staff, especially the receptionists and assistance are always very helpful. Ignore the bad reviews as Red Deer has a ton of over entitled, ignorant people. Perhaps look at it from there point of view. Having to deal with all the Covid regulations, and people who feel they are exempt from public health orders. Bless you all. You are all angels in my eyes.

Docs are all good. Knowledgeable, straight forward and to the point, they don't beat around the bush or listen to excuses. Front staff is prompt and efficient and do not waste time. Very efficient and business like operation. I've been going here for almost 10 years and am very pleased.

I would highly recommend this place. The ladies at front were so helpful and accommodating. Dr. Rautenbach helped us a lot, very professional and informative. If you’re looking for immediate doctors help, don’t hesitate to call this clinic. 😊
