Johnstone Crossing Community Health Centre

I was very satisfied with my first experience here. They kindly accommodated our request for a specific vaccine injection quickly because we have a trip ahead and we needed it. Also, it was really great to meet Karen and have her as our nurse. She was caring, made every moment fun for us, and very friendly. Thanks to you all

Kudos to the nurses and staff at the Johnstone Crossing Clinic. Had my Covid vaccine there last Friday I was really impressed. They obviously put a lot of time and thought into how to set this up and my appointment went like clockwork. Showed up 5 minutes prior as instructed and was only in the waiting area a short time before being called. The nurse was wonderful and was able to answer any questions I had. Was directed to the other side of the waiting room to sit for 15 minutes to ensure no adverse reactions, and that was it, was on my way home. Thank you so much for making this process as easy as possible.

The staff (nurses) are very friendly with great bedside manner. They seem to make things as painless as they can. Wait times are generally quite low ~15 mins.
Note:I have visited this location mainly for vaccinations, so my experience is somewhat limited.
