Matt was absolutely amazing! I had to reschedule two appointments due to COVID concerns and he not only tolerated me, but accommodated me throughout. He took the time to address my recall concerns and lastly, found me a great deal on a detail! We have two Rottweiler’s so it was incredibly messy, when I picked up the truck, it was flawless! I would continue to go to this location because Matt is knowledgeable but also provides exceptional customer service. HIGHLY recommend!
Everyone was very welcoming. We had a good chat, and some good laughs. The only two names I remember are Josh and Carlos.
They may want to expand their music variety to include more than Adele though. 😜
I just purchased a vehicle from Kipp Scott in August. From the very first visit to picking up my vehicle to its first oil change the customer service was top notch. They truly care about each customer and take the time to go thru everything so you understand. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or to get any work done. Friendly staff and top notch technicians.
Was very impressed the staff and services. They were very informative and affordable. There was a cute enclosed play area for my two small children while we waited. I will definitely be back again
What Can I say, this Dealership has gone above and beyond for me. I needed a set of roof cross rails for my GMC Acadia and due to the Pandemic it's been a difficult situation. I ordered them off their website because they have great reviews and of course the best deal in town. Mind you I myself live out of province. Non the less I got in touch with Pat whom seemed very down to earth, well the entire parts staff i should say. Whom investigated why my order was taking so long. The team swooped into action and put on their super hero skills to figure out what was going on with my order. I was going on a family trip which is why I needed these rails. Pat and the parts team searched all across Canada to get this product to me. Unfortunately the part arrived after i came back from my trip but it was okay shipping time took longer but I understand. Now I was ready to install the rails and noticed their was a manufacturer defect or something but Pat and the team took the initiative to fix that for me. They contacted another dealership and got it delivered to me Asap. Remember I am out of province but they responded with care and concerns as if I was physically at their dealership. I am writing this review for many to see sometimes there are situations which occur outside of our control. I could of got upset etc but I seen both ends of the fence. Pat looked at this and he never put any blame on me or anyone else in fact. He took the initiative to fix it and he did. So am I happy with the excellent service which this team provided? 100% YES!! would I buy from them again YES!!. They stuck by the motto of looking after the customer, that they did.
