Wonderful customer experience online at thebrick.com. I was assisted by Stephanie Sage, who not only answered my questions quickly but price matched my appliances with over $800 in savings. She quickly sent me quote for the exact fridge and microwave I was looking for along with their respective warranties. All over streamlined experience and saved me from dealing with Canadian Appliance Source again (they have abysmal customer service).

TLDR: The Brick has incredible customer service reps like Stephanie, Canadian Appliance Source is awful and I'm a happy girl.

Honestly, the most exceptional customer service I've ever experienced. Jennifer was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient when it came to my purchase and the most amazing part is that she took care of me virtually and over the phone!! Thanks to Jen, I'm extremely confident in my purchase.
