I needed an office chair, but wasn't sure what to look for in ergonomics: he was very informative, and helped me set up a demo/take-home chair to see what worked--even delivered the chair himself! The ladies on the phone were also very helpful. Overall: wonderful experience, incredible service, and great product. Definitely recommend to people that know they need a proper office chair, but don't know what to look for.
